Fall Wreath Craft for Kids

Oct 18, 2021

This fall wreath craft for kids is a super simple activity to help learn about fall. Starting with a fall leaf scavenger hunt, and ending with a beautiful craft, this is the perfect fall activity for kids of all ages.

To start this activity, you will need to go outside and collect leaves from fallen trees. The wreaths look best with leaves of all different sizes, shapes, and colors. You may need to go on a walk around the neighborhood or a local park to find leaves like this but the more colorful and different they are the better your wreaths will look!

If you desire to keep your wreath in good shape for longer you may need to spray your finished wreath with an acrylic finishing spray. This will help the leaves to not crinkle up and rip or break as easily. A glitter acrylic spray is also a great option to add a little extra flair to your project.

For an additional fall project for kids be sure to also check out this apple stamping craft. Both of these activities are great for follow-up while learning all about Fall.
