*When sending in an item for show and tell make sure that your child is able to carry their item independently. This will help make transporting the item to and from school much easier.

*Be sure that the item you send in for show and tell is school and grade level appropriate. If you are unsure about an item check with your child’s teacher first.

*Have your child practice what they will say about their item before hand at home. Go over some common talking points with them to help them feel more confident about sharing.
