Air Fryer Gluten Free Pretzel Bites
Air fryer gluten free pretzel bites are the perfect snack for game day, gluten free appetizer (as well as dairy-free), or quick meal for a busy evening. They are simple to make and come together quickly. They taste so good you would never even know they’re gluten free.
For this recipe, you will need to either make your favorite no-rise gluten free pizza dough (we love and make this one from the Gluten Free Palate every time) or throw together a store-bought gluten free pizza dough. Then you boil in a baking soda and water mix, egg wash them, and put them in the air fryer. They are that easy.
These dairy and gluten free pretzel bites taste amazing served with a honey mustard sauce, dairy-free garlic butter sauce, ranch dip, or more. They also taste great served plain and are even picky toddler approved.
Tips for success
*You can use any gluten-free pizza crust of choice for this recipe. We chose to use the one by Gluten Free Palate listed above. You can also use a store-bought crust like Bob Red Mills or another brand that you simply mix together with egg, oil, etc…before making it. Be sure to follow the recipes and make the dough completely before starting the pretzels.
*Be sure to spray the air fryer base with cooking spray before putting the soft pretzel bites in the air fryer. This will ensure that they don’t stick to the bottom when baking.
