Show and Tell Letter E Items

4 Show and Tell Tips for School

*Make sure to send in items that are school and grade level appropriate. If you are unsure if an item is appropriate for school double check with your child’s teacher first.

*Your child should be able to carry their show and tell item independently. If it fits in their backpack that is even better. They will need to carry their item in and out of school and the classroom and this makes it easier.

*If you are unable to bring in an item because it is too expensive or logistics are too difficult you can always bring in a photo instead. Do not send anything that is valuable as children lose or break things easily.

*Prep with your child ahead of time so they know what to share with their item. Some common prep topics would be why they like their item, why it is special, where they got their item, or what it is.
