Show and Tell Letter N Items

4 Great School Show and Tell Tips

*Items brought in for show and tell should be school and grade level appropriate. If you are unsure you can check with your child’s teacher ahead of time.

*Prep with your child ahead of time for show and tell. Let them help pick out their item and give them ideas of what they can say about it when it is their turn to share. Some ideas could be: why they like their item, why it is special, where they got their item, what it is, and what it does.

*Be sure to send in an item that your child is able to carry on their own. It is best if your child’s item fits in their backpack or an easy to carry canvas bag. This will make transporting your child’s item to and from school much easier.

*If the item that your child wants to bring in is too large, breakable, a family heirloom, or just difficult to bring in they can always bring in a photo of it for show and tell instead.

Some common names that start with the letter N include Nash, Nathan, Nancy, Nevaeh, Nicholas, Nolan, Natalie, Noah, Norma, Noelle, Norah,  Nina, Nicole, and more.

If there is an item like a food item that starts with N and you want to bring enough in to share with the class be sure to double check with your child’s teacher first for allergies and school sharing rules.
